Pneumatic motors for screwing

Pneumatic motors for screwing

Needs change, efficiency remains

Precise, reliable, compact and cost-effective, ideal for countless applications in different production sectors. Designed and made specifically for industrial automation, they are used in single or multiple screw screwing units, manually or automatically operated. They can be incorporated in automated assembly lines, in rotary table machines, on multiple screwing units, on screwing slides, anthropomorphic arms. In other words, they assemble any kind of union. Extremely robust, they guarantee constant yields over time even in difficult conditions of use.

Air cutting clutch

A concentrate of speed, robustness and reliability

Automatic and instantaneous air stop clutch screw motors ensure high torque repeatability. Regular operation is guaranteed in any working condition for a long time, even at low feed pressures, whether they are installed on a vertical or horizontal axis in relation to the components to be screwed. Reversible and irreversible, they incorporate different screwing systems (automatic by push or direct with remote control). All models have a pneumatic signal capture device. Models with axial compensation, low revolutions or customized are available.

    Slip clutch

    Guaranteed robustness and durability

Extremely versatile, because its sliding clutch is suitable for the assembly of multiple types of materials even of different qualities. Particularly recommended for self-tapping screws. Reversible and irreversible, they incorporate different screwing systems (automatic push or direct remote control) and are available in models with axial compensation and customized.

    Clutchless

Tightening uniformity guaranteed with any joint

A type of motors for screwing that, thanks to the direct and continuous transmission of the torque, guarantees great uniformity of tightening even with very elastic joints (for example in the assembly of steel components with thick rubber joints interposed). On request they can incorporate integrated torque transducer that allows to read the torque value applied by the engine at the junction. The data can be stored: thus the screw cycle is controlled and errors are discriminated (partially screwed screw, screw already tightened, etc.).
