The highest demands require smarter solutions. Due to the increased use of polymers in modern construction, the vision of the direct screwing concept for plastics has changed. That’s why we’ve dedicated ourselves to developing a screw design that meets these demanding requirements. The result is our AMTEC series of screws. The name AMTEC is the English acronym for After Moulding TEChnology and refers to the placement after molding of threaded inserts and screws on plastic parts. As a result, high strength bolted joints are obtained that do not require additional fasteners, such as metal threaded inserts.
