Fasteners for direct screwing in thin sheets QUICK FLOW®
The robust spiral tip allows screwing without the need for a previous drill. It is also possible to combine different materials, such as aluminum and steel. The geometry of the screw tip forms a passage in the sheet of reduced thickness and thus allows a wide range of applications. In addition, in the same step, the reusable receiving thread is also formed, which allows to cover sufficiently the metric thread flanks that have been formed. Automated positioning is also possible. High torque guarantees the safety of this process.
