In order to comply with the European Data Protection Regulation (REPD) approved in May 2016 and which entered into force on 25 May 2018, the conditions for obtaining and maintaining data of customers and potential customers are specified in this Legal Notice.

Processing of customer data

On behalf of the company we process the information you provide us in order to provide the requested service, perform billing for it. The data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether in Sistemas Técnicos de Fijación S.L. we are processing your personal data therefore you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data are no longer necessary.

I also request your authorization to offer products and services related to those requested and retain you as a customer.

Processing of data from potential customers

On behalf of the company we process the information you provide us in order to send you advertising related to our products and services by any means (postal, email or telephone) and invite you to events organized by the company. The data provided will be kept as long as you do not request the cessation of the activity. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation on whether in Sistemas Técnicos de Fijación S.L. we are processing your personal data therefore you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.

Design

The design of this website is property of SISTEMAS TÉCNICOS DE FIJACION, SL (hereinafter STF) is prohibited the plagiarism or copy thereof according to the law of intellectual and artistic property in force. A crime that is punishable by current law shall be committed and may be prosecuted for it.

The reproduction in whole or in part of any of its sections in any mechanical or digital medium is totally forbidden without the written consent of the owner.

User consent

The sending of personal data, through the use of electronic forms or, where applicable, e-mail messages, implies the express consent of the sender to the automated processing of the data included in the media indicated, as well as sending electronic communications with information about our services. STF undertakes not to transfer this data to third parties for commercial or advertising use.

Users’ rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation to the processing of their personal data. These rights can be enforced by sending a letter to our offices, or by sending an e-mail to marketing@sistemastecnicosdefijacion.com.
