Effective “pick and place” to reduce cycle times and improve productivity
Easily and continuously distributes nuts from 5.5 to 13 mm (metal, hexagonal, self-locking nuts). Composed by: vibrating load unit, pick-up station, electronic unit for the control and regulation of the output speed of the nuts. The detector inside the pick-up station, activated by the key mounted on the screwdriver, pushes up the selected nut, inserting it into the key that incorporates a retaining spring. It is used with straight screwdrivers with lever start or motors to screw properly fixed on pantograph arms or handling units.
